F&B Manager – Catering (M/F)

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Participate in the development and implementation of SEMEC’s Food and Beverage strategy,
  • Manage all SEMEC Food and Beverage services and relations with caterers and other economic operators;
  • Coordinate the resources required to ensure the smooth running of the various services purchased/sold,
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Projects Director, ensuring that social legislation is complied with in the field, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department, as well as legislation governing the sale of beverages and hygiene (HACCP standards) and the professionalism of SEMEC’s caterers,
  • Draw up operational procedures for the F&B activity,
  • Be responsible for inventory control and stock management of food and beverages,
  • Collaborate with the Administrative and Financial Department to ensure compliance with financial procedures (cash float monitoring, invoicing of royalties, etc.),
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Department on all aspects of human resources (training, recruitment, etc.) and compliance with social legislation.

Skills :

  • Master’s degree in Hospitality / Catering – French or international hotel school,
  • At least 10 years’ experience in a similar position

Knowledge :

  • Knowledge of the catering food chain
  • Knowledge of hygiene rules and measures
  • English essential + one other language
  • In-depth knowledge of B-to-B sales
