ensures cleanliness for your event at le Palais

Le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes requires daily cleaning of rented spaces, covering set-up, operation and dismantling periods. The cleaning team performs various tasks such as clearing, washing floors, permanent sweeping with paper collection, as well as sanitary permanence of toilets.

A qualified team, in uniform and in permanent contact with the regisseur, is in charge of this intervention. During operating periods, the team is present according to time slots defined in advance with the stage manager.

Mandatory cleaning services

for your event at le Palais

Daily cleaning of rented spaces is mandatory at le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes. The service includes:

Assembly

Clearance
Sanitary Permanence.

While open to the public

In areas in operation:

Floor washing (excluding private areas)
Permanent floor sweeping with paper collection
Sanitary permanence for toilets in use.

Outside:

Permanent cleaning of forecourt including emptying of garbage cans if used for the event

Dismantling

Dismantling
Remediation of all rented areas
Recycling of waste

The response team is made up of qualified personnel, in uniform, and in permanent liaison with the stage manager.

During periods of operation, the response team is present during a time slot defined upstream between you and the stage manager.

Sanitary facilities

During set-up and dismantling times, toilets are available.

The mandatory sanitary permanence service is as follows:

Provision of toilets, maintenance staff, consumables (on quotation).
Maintenance in good state of cleanliness

Extension of opening hours:

Outside the periods indicated in the specifications, you have the possibility of extending the opening hours of the toilets.

Please inform the stage manager who will adjust the service according to your request.
