From hanging point installations to referenced caterers, custom signage, additional lighting and professional hospitality services, we make sure your event is a total success.

Elingues & Hanging points

Some exhibition areas allow us to install hanging points upstream. Depending on your request, our teams will check the feasibility of your project. To do so, please provide us with the following MANDATORY elements:

– a plan of the stand location

– a plan of your stand, indicating the location of the hanging points and their distances from the edges of the stand

We will then confirm the feasibility of your project and send you a quotation.

Temporary structures

The installation and construction of marquees and temporary structures is an exclusive service of le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. For security reasons, no luggage is allowed inside le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. For this reason, it is imperative that baggage storage be set up outside the building. This service is subject to a quotation that takes into account its surface area and duration of immobilization.

Fabrication, Installation and Removal of Signage

Le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès offers a large number of display spaces, both inside and outside the building.

Internet and specialized connections

Viapass is the exclusive company for the installation and management of internet connections.

A medical antenna

In addition to the Central Security Station provided by le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, it may be necessary to set up an additional first-aid post dedicated to your event. This service is at your expense, and is compulsory for events of 2000 pax or more.
