KAREN KURONUMA, piano
Originally from Japan, Karen Kuronuma joined the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra as a soloist at just 19 years old. She then continued her training at the CNSM in Paris. In 2021, her acclaimed debut album, Les Soirées françaises, pays tribute to Ravel and Poulenc. The following year, the 67th Maria Canals Competition awarded her the Honorary Medal Award, before she became a laureate of the Gautier Capuçon Foundation in 2023.
