The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes has 3 régies departments at your service to ensure the success of your event: the organizer’s department, the exhibitor’s department and the production department.

Logistics department

The logistics department coordinates the activities needed to accommodate participants and exhibitors, planning deliveries and managing equipment storage. They guarantee perfect organization.

Safety department

The security department ensures the safety of property and people, controls access and offers stand guarding. They ensure that your event complies with safety regulations, and are available 24 hours a day.

Cleaning, furniture, electrical and plumbing services

Cleaning service

At le Palais des Festivals in Cannes, daily cleaning of rented spaces is mandatory. In particular, our qualified cleaning service provides deblushing, floor washing and permanent sweeping.

Furniture department

Our furniture department offers a wide range of high-quality event furniture. Our team works closely with organizers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
