Under the direction of Sophie Dupont, a team of 9 permanent staff are responsible for:
- selection the shows and the programme for 'Les spectacles du Palais'
- organisation and general coordination of the events
- financial management and contractual negotiation with the artists
- technical production of the shows and general planning and management of the events
- logistics for welcoming the artists and the public
- sales and promotions for the shows
- advertising and Public relations
