In order to support it in its procedures relating to the application of the public procurement code, the Société d’Economie Mixte pour les Evènements Cannois (hereinafter also referred to as “SEMEC”) wishes to call on service providers who will be responsible for drafting contracts and awarding them, in partnership with SEMEC’s Purchasing Department and Operations Department.
