In Paris, the tourism industry celebrates the destination’s art de vivre and unveils all the new features for 2026

On Thursday 28 May, teams from the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, at the initiative of the Direction du Tourisme de Loisirs, accompanied by a delegation of 30 Cannes-based partners representing 50 brands travelled to Paris to unveil to the media and tourism professionals (travel agencies, tour operators, etc.) the new products, creativity, dynamism and appeal of Cannes.) to showcase the creativity, dynamism and appeal of Cannes as a destination.

The aim was to showcase the city’s constantly evolving tourism offering, as well as the investments made to enhance the quality of life for visitors and residents alike. The expertise of the men and women who work to keep the city vibrant is also showcased, demonstrating the diversity of experiences that make Cannes a tourist destination in the throes of renewal.

With top-of-the-range hotels, a revival of the gastronomic scene (Beef Bar, Tetou…), immersive rooftops, premium wellness offers (Carlton x La Prairie; Hôtel Martinez x ALO …) and an exceptional 2026 events calendar (the 20th anniversary of Plages Electroniques, the Cannes Côte d’Azur Dance Festival.), the opening and reopening of new hotels (Le Poussin, Hôtel du Château de la Tour, etc.), Cannes is reasserting its international appeal.

Cannes talents, personalities recognised for their expertise and committed to promoting the city as ambassadors – including Franck Lebraly – were also on hand for workshops and conferences.were also on hand to offer workshops and entertainment during the evening, giving guests an exclusive “MADE IN CANNES” experience:

  • sustainable floral workshops with Alexia Okorokoff,
  • book signings for Martine sur la Côte d’Azur
  • tastings of our local products: Cannes honey, La Belle Cannoise olive oil and the exclusive Cannes x Miraval wine.

A total of 1,200 individual meetings were organised during the workshop, bringing together 200 qualified travel agencies, tour operators, incoming agencies and opinion leaders. A “China Cannes” presentation was also offered to incoming travel agencies and Asian tour operators specialising in the Chinese market.

All the destination’s professionals were represented, giving Parisians the incentive to make a date with Cannes! (*)
